PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

 

 

 None Pre-Order Items

Clothing found on our 'Next Day Delivery' or our 'Standard Delivery Page' is not on pre-order and are available for either standard delivery (minimum of 7-14 days) or next day delivery via Royal Mail 1st class. There will be no dispatch delay with these items.

 

Which Items Are Pre-Order

All other items will be classed as pre-order. Orders placed between the 29/01/21- 20/02/21 (29th of January 2021 - 20th of February 2021) are on a pre-order basis.

 

Dispatch Dates Of Pre-Order Items

Shipment for pre-ordered items will commence between 20/02/2020 and 27/02/2020 using the standard delivery service of a minimum of 7-14 days (normally 10 days) after dispatch. 

 

Why Some Items Are On Pre-Order

Covid-19 has effected our suppliers' ability to maintain sufficient stock levels and are therefore working towards replenishing stock quantities by the end of the month of February.  We have secured stock of our best selling items which can be found on our standard delivery page or our next day delivery page. These items are not on pre-order and will be shipped out in 1-3 business days.  

 

Important Information 

• Customers are able to cancel their orders with us and receive a full refund at any time before their order has been shipped.  
• Customers are able to use our free returns service for up to two weeks after they have received their items by submitting a free returns request form here. 

 

PRE ORDER FAQS 

 

1) If I order today when will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped between 20/02/21 and 27/02/21.

 

2) Why is it taking so long to ship? 

Pre-ordered items have limited stock but will be back in stock after February 20th 2021. 

 

3) Can I cancel my order? 

Yes of course you can. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your parcel has bee shipped. Simply send us an email to info@slay-society.com or message us on the web chat service with your name/email address or order number and we can assist. 

 

4) When will you pre-order items come back in stock?

All of our items will be back in stock from the 20/02/21 and will be available to be shipped within 2-3 working days via standard delivery (7-14 days). 

 

5) Where are the orders being shipped from?

The pre-order items and standard delivery items are being shipped from our overseas suppliers. 

 

6) Will I be charged as soon as I pay?

Yes. As soon as you place your order with us you will be automatically charged for the order. The order will be put into our processing pre-order queue and will be shipped between the 20/02/21 and 27/02/21. 

 

7) Which items are not on pre-order? 

Shop our in-stock standard delivery items. Shop our in-stock next day delivery items. 

 

8) How fast are standard delivery items shipped?

Standard delivery items are shipped within 2-3 days and take a minimum of 7-15 days to arrive. 

 

9) How fast are next day delivery items shipped?

Next day delivery items are shipped the next working day after the order was placed.
