Our returns and refunds policy applies to both UK and International orders.
General Returns
*Returns must be made to us WITHIN 14 days of receiving your delivery*
*Returns MUST be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unworn and unused re-sellable condition. Any garments returned to us with makeup, fake tan or perfume residue will be sent back out to you and will not be refunded.*
If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason such as size, colour or you feel it does not suit you, it is not a problem. Please return the item to us for a full refund. You may use our FREE RETURNS service.
1) Please ensure that inside your parcel you include a slip of paper with your name, contact details, & order number. You must include your details inside the returned parcel as need this information to ensure we action the correct order.
2) Package the item up so that it is protected from water and dirt whilst it is on the way back to us.
3) Take your parcel to your local post office or Hermes drop off point (depending on the label you are sent) with the label we send to you attached. The prepaid label will be scanned at the post office and sent back to us.
4) You must keep your proof of postage receipt from the post office until you have received your refund.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your returns, although most returns are processed within 24 - 48 hours of them arriving back.
Faulty or Damaged Goods Returns:
We kindly ask you to please send photographs of the faulty item within 24 hours of receiving the goods to info@slay-society.com and we will help you proceed with the return. In cases like this, we normally advise for the buyer to return the faulty item back to us using our FREE RETURNS service.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your returns, although most returns are processed within 24 - 48 hours of them arriving back.
Exchanges UK Orders
If you need to return the item you purchased in exchange for a different colour or size please send us an email with your order number first to returns@slay-society.com to make us aware of the situation. Then please follow the below returns process.

3) Package the item up so that it is protected from water and dirt whilst it is on the way back to us.
4) Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
If you have requested another size or colour, you must allow us up to 7 days processing time to receive and process your exchange, you will be required to wait again for the new exchanged item to arrive. This item will take up to 7-25 days to be delivered to the UK and other European countries (with potential delays through customs).
Exchanges Europe, USA, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Canada and the rest of the world.

Please allow us up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process items (although it should not usually take this long for us to receive your return). Please ensure you send your item back to us with return shipping tracking as we are not responsible for the loss of property. Again you will be subject to the waiting time of a minimum of 10-20 days for the new order to arrive with you. (with the potential of some customs delays).
