If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason such as size, colour or you feel it does not suit you, it is not a problem. Please return the item to us for a full refund. You may use our FREE RETURNS service. 1) Please ensure that inside your parcel you include a slip of paper with your name, contact details, & order number. You must include your details inside the returned parcel as need this information to ensure we action the correct order. 2) Package the item up so that it is protected from water and dirt whilst it is on the way back to us. 3) Take your parcel to your local post office or Hermes drop off point (depending on the label you are sent) with the label we send to you attached. The prepaid label will be scanned at the post office and sent back to us. 4) You must keep your proof of postage receipt from the post office until you have received your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your returns, although most returns are processed within 24 - 48 hours of them arriving back.

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after they are placed and paid for. Once shipped, orders take an average between 7-14 days to be delivered to your address. Although we must allow up to 25 days from the time you place the order, to delivery. There are occasions that orders have been delayed in the customs postage and tend to take a little longer to arrive at your door.
