Where is my confirmation email?
If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. Most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order. However, sometimes you may experience a slight delay. in this case, please allow up to 12 hours for your confirmation email to come through. If you have any further questions in regards to your email confirmation, please email us at info@slay-society.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Where is my order?
If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 working days). If you are in the UK and Europe, your order should be with you between 7-25 days. For more delivery info please click *here*
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. You can track your order through a tracking link which will be sent to you along with the tracking number. For more information please check our *delivery page*.
Can I get my order on next day delivery?
The items marked with 'speedy delivery' or 'special delivery' are available to be shipped out the next working day via Royal Mail first class delivery.
I've received a wrong or faulty item.
if you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide images of the product you have received within 7 days of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry via email to info@slaysociety.com. If you fail to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund for your order.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are sending an item back to us, please make sure you obtain your proof of delivery. Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
How do I change my order?
Before you place an order please check that you have entered the correct address and product information before you check out. Once your order has been received and you have your confirmation email we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. If you would like to make amendments to your order please email us on info@slay-society.com and our team will try their best to help you amend your order. If your order has already been processed, you will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please note that if you have submitted any incorrect delivery details you will be responsible for the cost of the redelivery of your order, should you request this. The re-delivery of your order also may not be possible depending on how far the parcel has already moved through the delivery system.
My promotion code hasn’t worked?
If you are using a promotional code please check the dates in which the code is valid to and from. all promotional codes are case sensitive so please ensure the code is typed into the box correctly. Please note all promotional codes are only valid for one use and do not apply to sale items. all promotional codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other codes. If you are still having problems please email us at info@slay-society.com and we will try our best to assist you in discounting your order.
Where Are Your Items Made?
Our items come from multiple suppliers and are made in many different locations. Some of our items are made in China, Korea, Lithuania and Macedonia. We work with suppliers who have ethical standards certificates.
What Is Your Sustainability Policy
Slay Society consider themselves as working towards becoming more 'green'. One of the ways that we feel that we are reducing our carbon footprint to the planet is by managing our stock quantities. We place small running orders with our suppliers. This means that we are not bulk buying disposable cheap clothing which we then need to get rid of at disposable cheap prices.

Will I Have To Pay Import Tax?
Slay Society customers do not have to pay import tax on their parcels. On the very RARE occasion that import tax is being charged by the post office, please send us this information and we will cover this cost for you - please get in touch with us ASAP at info@slay-society.com if this happens.
