DELIVERY
Standard delivery (minimum of 7-14 days) is free on every order.
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after they are placed and paid for. Once shipped, orders take an average between 7-14 days to be delivered to your address. Although we must allow up to 25 days from the time you place the order, to delivery. There are occasions that orders have been delayed in the customs postage and tend to take a little longer to arrive at your door. Therefore we do ask customers to please be patient and please do email us at info@slay-society.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your order status.
Parcels That Have Been Lost in Transit
On the very rare occasions that items are lost, please allow us up to 30 days for your order to arrive. We have to raise a dispute with Royal Mail for the search. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of placing your order - we will be more than happy to issue you a FULL REFUND.
USA, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the rest of the world

Although most of the time orders tend to average between 10-20 days from the time you place the order, to delivery. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of placing your order - we will be more than happy to issue you a FULL REFUND.
Multiple Orders
Orders of two or more items could arrive with you in separate parcels. You will be informed beforehand when provided with your tracking information.
Track My Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may appear to be 'unavailable' for the first few days, this is because the parcel is working its way through the early stages of the postage system and this is normal.
Where Are The Parcels Shipped From?
At the moment our parcels are shipped from multiple locations from our international hubs. Unless the item you have purchased is marked as a 'speedy delivery' item - the parcel is not shipped from the United Kingdom. When the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom the parcels are delivered with Royal Mail. Your parcels journey is trackable as soon as the item has been dispatched. - if your tracking link is not working, please contact us on info@slay-society.com and we can provide you with a working link.
Speedy Delivery Items
If your item has been marked as a 'speedy delivery' or a 'special delivery' it means that they are in stock in our UK hub and they will be shipped out to you the next working day via Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
Covid19 Quarantine
Royal Mail has been quarantining parcels due to covid - this can sometimes cause an extra delay of 1-3 days on top of the parcel's journey. This is a policy which has been implemented by Royal Mail and not ourselves and we cannot be held responsible for any parcel delays due to covid-19.
International Covid-19 Delays
The global pandemic has effected logistics throughout the world, due to restricted working conditions and minimal staff. This also may cause delays with parcels. If you think your parcel has been abnormally delayed please contact us on info@slay-society.com and we can provide more information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
Import Tax
Slay Society customers do not have to pay import tax on their parcels. On the very RARE occasion that import tax is being charged by the post office, please send us this information and we will cover this cost for you.
